2. Chole Bature

3. Vada Pao

Is also known as Indian Burger.It is one of the most popular road side food straight from the heart of Maharashtra. Vada pao is loved by many people of the country.It is also a staple food item for many people. It Consists of a bun and a fried potato dumpling , known as vada and served with condiments like green chutney (Pudhina ki Chutney), Tamarind Chutney, Tomato Ketchup, Green Chilly.It is very famous in Mumbai.


4. Idli Sambhar

This dish coming all the way from south India, has now become one of the most popular dish throughout the country.It is commonly served as a breakfast item with a combination of chutney, Sambhar & karampudi.Sambhar which is so mesmerising is made of Legume, tamarind and few vegetables.This is one of the best street food in South India.


5. Pao Bhaji

Another cuisine which originated in Maharashtra is famous amongst the people of India. It basically comes under the Chaat category. Bhaji is made by mashing tomatoes and few other vegetables and then garnishing it with cheese and coriander.This Bhaji is consumed with crispy, fried pao. The additional topping of Onion and lemon add's an extra flavour to it.It's native to Maharashtra but now has spread to most of the metropolitan cities of India.
